Well, I thought that after my pharmacy application was sent in I would stop worrying about it but that hasn't happened. Interview and PCAT in January, along with working like always (gotta love "breaks"...but I hope Tung and Erica enjoy their trips...just wish I could go with them).

Exams are here in the meantime...I'm not as stressed out as before, but I'm also not as committed to studying this time around...I'll be kicking myself for this later but at least I'm not sick ^_^.

Yeah, kinda wishing I could skip the next semester and just move on to next year: living in the apartment with the girls, hopefully starting my pharmacy rotation, getting out of the dorm and away from certain people (it was a mistake, I knew that, but now I don't understand why it had to turn out this way...damn it).

Yeah, restart button would be nice right about now...but that's just life. In the meantime I'm looking forward to being home and seeing my family (including my cousins who are coming in for Christmas), going to the play this year, and hopefully finding people who I haven't seen in WAY TOO LONG to hang out with. Okay, back to studying...the joys...

So yeah, I kinda died there for about a month didn't I. Course if you ever followed this in the past you're probably not surprised at that. So HA! I'm back from the dead!

So now that I'm back at school I am both re-energized and exhausted (funny how that works). Exhausted cause of classes and O chem (I never thought I'd say this but I understand why Izzy wouldn't shut up about it last year). Also just trying to get around to classes, work (which is twice a week now...come see me be a drug dealer if you're in Madison!), the SERF (they're making me work out now...but I don't mind the swimming), and around to the friends. Lets see...since last year I've joined archery club (I'm actually really good Erica said...Erica runs the Tuesday sessions I go to)...tis fun. Along with the fight club after (but I got lots of bruises after that...still I plan on going again this week ^_^).

Otherwise I've meet some new peoples in the dorm and that is where the energy comes from (I like having the boys around, they make life more interesting). The association with Erica and Gail has produced David and Wilson entering the picture, and Elise and Katie helped me meet Sven, from Tung and the gang I've meet Tony and Louis...as well as meeting back up with all the other asians, and of course Jackson who is awesome (so much better than Jasmine was). It's a ton of fun hanging out with everyone and spending time at MAd Ave again(and the food Pam and Vinvia cook for us is great), so I've having a ton of fun. (by the way, it's been determined I party harder than my brother...I find this funny).

By the way, people who came to madison need to let me know where they live so I can visit...Tesch, I've seen you walking around but never get a chance to say hi...so hi. ^_^ Yeah, otherwise I've just been being a college student again. Sorry for the long update, but I'll try to be better and such...but catching me on AIM is probably a better way to find out what I'm up to: "AfraidofSun" for those who don't have it.

Okay, back to studying...byes! ^_^

I'm gonna miss seeing everyone on the weekends, real food made from the stove, my Molly, and my car...but I'm going to see my friends again, move in and make 5318 "home" for Tung and me, and have fun with my dance class. I know some people are going to Madison and if you don't let me know where you are in the city, I'll just have to hunt you down. ^_^ Anyways, have fun college peoples, hang in there high schoolers, and I'll see you all later!

Byes with Loves...Jamie

He held my hand too...I'd just meet the guy about 2 minutes before...kinda odd. Eventually I made my leave, but it was just so unexpected I really didn't know what to do with it (I mean, I wasn't even wearing an especially cute outfit today!).

It just made me smile cause that's never happened before (Elise and Erica were right apparently ^_^).
Hellos peoples! Here's what I've been up to since the last post:

Lisa came to visit! We had fun at the mall and got some anime time. Then went to Blockbuster and ended up with a foreign film night: Run Lola Run (classic German film) and Suicide Club (Japanese suspense). T'was a good time.

Later on Katie came over and we relaxed at the park and the mall (kinda the same thing). But we ended up going to a concert at the state fair with Bryan and his friend Julie (it was country and therefore a bit painful, but fun). Pictures are on facebook. Plus watched Rent...AMAZING MOVIE!!! I want the music now.

Also got a ton of manga over the last week (5 books in all). I love the things so much but my God they're expensive! Speaking of, I have to lecter at church this sunday...means early morning...grrr. Anyways, I'm off to get ice cream.

May get together with college like peoples again before it all starts up, maybe not...that's in the air (except I WILL see Lisa soon, if it's the last thing I do...Katie too...and Pam...damn I don't have enough hours in the day).
Interent: blessing and curse...

Okay, I get home and expect the internet to work for me (we have road runner into the main computer and a router for my wireless laptop). TWO DAYS after I get back home my wireless cuts out (annoying, and there's no obvious reason why). So I figure I can use the computer with the land line right? Wrong! The hard drive has been dying slowly for awhile and now decides to go. So I was without internet for yet another period of time until Josh came home for the 4th and brought a network cable for me. (ohh, happy 4th all)

I love the internet for being useful in keeping in touch with people and just plain being fun. Thing is it has to work correctly in order to do all that (and when one gets addicted it's no fun having internet not work).

Anyways, not much going on in absence. Work and sleeping mostly (I've officially moved into my old room now...before I was in a guest room with a bigger bed, but not anymore). Umm, today was spent at the lake: tubeing is fun (my cousin can toss ANYONE off the tube whenever she damn well wants to), food was good, family enjoyable.

Speaking of, parents are IDIOTS!!!! Facebook people, go to my profile (if you don't have facebook find someone who does and check this out for me): I have a new picture from when I went to Chicago with my asians and we went to the beach. It's just me in a swim suit, nothing special, nothing new (I've had this suit for about 5 years). Take a good look at the photo and tell me...is this "extremely provocative"?!?! My mother (normally pretty cool about stuff) saw that I changed my picture and warned me that it was too racy. What the hell, am i just not seeing it or what? It's not like anyone besides my friends are gonna notice this among the thousands of pictures on the site anyways. Just let me know if I'm crazy, okay.

Wow, my posts have all of a sudden gotten really long and ranty...sorry guys.

Ooooh, how I missed this blessing called the internet.

Hey guys, I just got back from my aunt and uncle's and am trying to catch up (sorry if I haven't responded to stuff, but the connection I did have there was knocked out by a storm the second night...the withdrawal was painful and now I'm ready to be addicted once again). So living there wasn't too bad otherwise, mostly boring if anything but some fun parts:

I meet the carpenter guy the second day and had something along the lines of a 5 hour conversation with him (at the time we kinda clicked and it was nice). However in retrospect it was a bit creepy, mostly because he had a key to the house and would just walk in without warning (and he was a bit older than me).

But my girls came and rescued me from the potential rapist! ^_^ Erica was visiting Madison and I was able to convince her, Tung, Elise, and even Katie to jump on a bus and stay with me for a night. We had lake fun, cooked a WONDERFUL dinner, did movies, and just plain goofed off (twas a blast).

In other news I lost the ability to drive over the weekend. Yes ladies and gentlemen, I took out a mailbox (I owe Bryan money now). My girls helped with that (duct tape is GOD), but then after I switched cars with my mom (so I had the van) I go ahead and tap another car while driving in Madison (had a bit of a freakout after that...thanks to Katie and Elise). So yeah, I'll be parking in the EXTREME boonies for the next month (not to mention working on repairing the body of my car...fun).

During my time at the Tyre's I was able to keep up with FIFA: Argentina is in the quarter finals!!!!!! ^_^ ^_^ After tying the Netherlands in the last match of group C play (which resulted in Argentina winning the group), we moved on to play Mexico in the round of 16 and we won! (Mom taped it for me and after this I'm gonna sit down and watch the game...apparently Argentina finished off the game with the "perfect goal...the best of the world cup so far"). If we get to the finals I WILL have a flag painted on my face for the game.

Otherwise not much going on...just more work and such, but now I'm back in town (thanks god). Laters...

Jamie is happy. ^_^

As for my birthday, I had a ton of fun in Madison celebrating with my girls. Among other things we made a batch of cookie dough and stuck 19 candles in it (the college equivalent to a cake), had margaritas, and watched the Rocky Horror Picture Show, all while wearing sexy new high heels and some other new things (interesting...that's all I have to say about that). Also, Trass showed us around town...twas fun.

My actual birthday wasn't so nice (worked an 8 and a half hour shift) but there was actual cake waiting for me when I got home (my dad's first baking adventure was a success). Now I'm just getting ready to move into my aunt and uncle's place on Monday (I'll be there for about two weeks). It's not far away so just call me on my cell and we can hang out.

Otherwise I'm gonna go install my new game and probably be obsessed with it for a while (Uncle Dick got me Dreamfall...I loved The Longest Journey and this is the sequel).
I love my friends, they are just too much fun. ^_^

This weekend I kidnapped two friends (Tung and Pam) and we road tripped to Mt. Prospect Illinois to invade the home of our college partner in crime, Erica. After wandering around her town the first day we headed to Chicago to enjoy Memorial day in style at the beach (4 hot girls + swim suits = sun bathing all afternoon). The others all got slight tans...what did I get?...the ridiculously fair-skinned red head?...yeah, I got burned. I am now a lovely mixture of extreme pale, minor burns, and the big second degree burn (the big one actually came from driving for 2 hours with the window down...since when do I have to put on sun screen just to drive IN A CAR somewhere!?...yeah, ridiculous). But in the end it was all worth it cause I got to see my girls.

So now I'm gonna bathe in aloe vera, then snuggle up on the couch and start reading the book Erica lent me. I'm around if you need me.

Even while home I fall into the 'Lets not update internet journals for more than a week' thing. Sorry guys.

Not much going on in life: working whenever I can mostly and just hanging around the house. Have been hanging out with some of the old gang again which has been great (Mike didn't die after watching Pride and Prejudice, chick flicks win again ^_^...course we had to appease him with Lord of War afterward). My college peoples have almost fallen off the face of the earth, but this weekend I'm visiting Erica in Chicago and Tung will come along with me (Katie has been MIA for about 5 days now...we don't know if she's alive), Elise is just kicking it over in Oregon.

It is nice to be home but I do have to obey the parents once again...mine aren't bad by any means, but any restraints at all feel oppressive right now. For one thing my sleep schedule (up till about 4, wake about 12) is getting on there nerves...in college that was average! I've even gotten into a fight with them once already (not big, but I hardly ever yell at them). Arg, I liked the complete freedom I had.

Anyways, my work schedule is really messed up but I'd love to see more people (maybe do a school visit even). This weekend is no good, but let me know if you wanna grab lunch (or dinner for the high schoolers).

Wow, apparently there is stuff going on in my life afterall...^_^

So yeah, make that 45 work hours over this week. I'm gonna want to die...actually I kinda already do...summer break is supposed to be relaxing, right?

Plus, I'm going to Johnson Creek to meet up with Katie and Tung tomorrow morning before work (I missed Katie's birthday cause I had to work...but a day late isn't too bad). Trying to balance all this will be interesting, but fun at the same time. Hope to see everyone soon!

Jamie

So yeah, apparently they need more drug dealers in this area. Starting today I have 35 hours of work over the next week, and unfortunately most of that is in the evening (which means no hanging out after school lets out). As always everyone is welcome to come and visit me at work ^_^ (pilgrim and capital if you forgot). However, on Saturday I'm working in the morning and will be done by 1...if you're free at all I'm going to have peoples over for a movie night. Just let me know.

YAY!!! I'm back home! I actually survived my first year of college (there was doubt at one point), and I'm ready to relax and work all summer. Sorry for being dead to the world the last 3 weeks (my college peoples should all know what it was like), but now I'm back to my normal, not pissy or stressed self. (by the way: I didn't get sick this time either ^_^) Happy to be home...so does anyone wanna hang out soon? Let me know ^_^

Whoever the hell called me is a dumbass! Sorry kiddies, prank calls aren't funny and in fact they can be really cruel. After a REALLY SHITTY day which made me just curl up in my bed and cry I don't need some jerk calling me like that. There are enough problems here in Madison between me and my girls, I don't need to be someone else's entertainment. So thanks, for making me wonder why I even bother keeping in touch with this thing...

this is gonna be my last post for a while...

to my actual friends back home, see you all after finals. By then these issues will have sorted themselves out one way or another and I'll be back to normal...then I can have fun with everyone again.

My friend Erica sent this to me...Audrey Hepburn wrote this poem which was later read at her funeral.

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.
For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.
For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.
For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day.
For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.

People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed,
and redeemed; never throw out anyone.

Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms.
You will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others.

I've been doing a bit better. Taking walks along lake shore these last couple days have helped me just breathe. Yes my life is crazy right now, but that doesn't mean I have to go insane and lose control of everything. I think I'm getting back to the carefree Jamie I always loved: I lost her somewhere along the way, but hopefully summer weather and going home will call her back (sorry if I sound a bit insane right now, but that means I'm back to normal, right).

I'd like everyone to notice the time...I'm just coming back from a fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night. I've not been sleeping well recently, so a fire alarm at this hour is the last thing I need.

Otherwise life is...sad and confusing (doesn't sound happy, but that's how it is). Things haven't been going well for me the last two weeks...the last two and a half days especially...

Everything just needs to stop so I can take the time I need; find my footing again and heal my hurts. Eventually I'll be back (I'll win against these anxieties and this pain)...it'll just take time. Till then, hope you are all well...

Jamie

Yeah, just wanted to say I'm not dead...

Life sucks at the moment, even after my midterms are all done. But today was a beautiful day (over 60=skirt weather, long walks, and some happies). After the test Erica and I went out in the rain and were kids again...then the rest of the gang joined in and we had a fun time (I believe the pics will be on facebook soon enough). Temporary escapism is great...except for the temporary part...

If you have anything that will make me smile it would be much appreciated...Jamie just needs her happy back...it wandered away and now I can't find it...
